PrizeBond Manager is a web application that helps users track their Pakistani prize bonds, check draw results, and receive notifications when their bonds win prizes. The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

The official source for prize bond results is the State Bank of Pakistan and National Savings. Users should always verify winning claims through official channels before claiming any prizes.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Any information provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any financial decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PrizeBond Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrizeBond Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from errors in prize bond results
• Missed winning notifications
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
